No, you don’t, though most public libraries offer free internet access. You can also communicate with myself and the other course tutors by phone, fax or the normal postal system; we will arrange to talk with you, through one or more of those methods, at predetermined times, sending you information and tutorial material in hard-copy forms, whilst you can return your work to us in the same way. The only disadvantage you’ll have is that you won’t be able to log on to the forum, and communicate with your colleagues, unless you have a convenient local internet cafe. We’ll also come to visit you at mutually convenient locations so that we can talk faceto-face and carry out assessments of your work.
